At Kheflaxxauvakau.world, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund or return for products purchased through our website. It applies to Norexa and any other products we offer. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you may need to cancel an order. We aim to make the return and refund process as straightforward as possible while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations applicable to dietary supplements.

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at admin@kheflaxxauvakau.world with your order reference number. We will process your cancellation and refund within 5–7 business days. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process described below once you receive the product.

If we have already shipped your order by the time we receive your cancellation request, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may return the product in accordance with the return policy below. We recommend contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel.

3. Returns

You may return unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at admin@kheflaxxauvakau.world with your order reference, the reason for the return, and your preferred refund method
  • We will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions and a return authorisation number
  • Ship the product to the address we provide, using a trackable delivery method. We recommend retaining proof of postage
  • Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping
  • Include the return authorisation number with your return package

Important: Opened or partially used products may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations governing dietary supplements. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, except where the product is defective or we have shipped the wrong item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that appear to have been used.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time (typically 5–10 business days) to credit your account. The timing of the credit depends on your financial institution.

We will refund the product price. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, we shipped the wrong item, the product was defective, or the product was damaged in transit). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. In cases where we are at fault, we will arrange and pay for the return shipping.

If you received a discount or promotional offer on your order, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the actual price you paid. Gift cards or store credit, if applicable, will be refunded in the same form.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order reference and, if possible, photographs clearly showing the defect or damage. We take quality seriously and will investigate promptly. Where we confirm a defect or damage for which we are responsible, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Products damaged during shipping should be reported as soon as possible. We may require you to retain the original packaging and product for inspection. In cases of damage in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the matter and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

6. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), or equivalent consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. 8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the product you want. We will process your refund once we receive and inspect the returned product.
